Abstract

The following research paper focuses on the concept state-corporate crime, its origins and significance in German criminology. Moreover, this paper offers a description of the integrated theoretical framework, its development and the relevant definitions and terminology. The the lack of German terminology in the field of state-corporate crime is discussed and equivalents for the definitions by analyzing recent case studies are provided. This contribution will be concluded by the analysis of the case FinFisher/Fin Spy as an example by using the integrated theoretical framework.
